PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY

The complimentary Media Pass is reserved exclusively for credentialed media professionals covering the Runway Royalty Drive & Design Fashion Show.

Media Pass Requirements & Guidelines:

• A professional DSLR, mirrorless, or equivalent professional-grade camera is required for entry.
• Cell phones, tablets, and personal devices do not qualify for media credentials.
• Media credential holders will have access to the designated Media Pit only for photography and coverage.

Each Media Pass admits one (1) person only and is non-transferable. Assistants, guests, and additional team members must obtain their own approved credentials or purchase admission.

• Complimentary Media Pass holders are not permitted to sit in the audience or occupy guest seating to view the show.
• Media credentials are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved photographer.
• The Media Pass does not include VIP access, backstage access, food, beverages, or admission to other event areas unless specifically authorized by Crown Elements Productions.
• Media representatives must wear their event-issued credentials at all times.
• All photographers agree to conduct themselves professionally and follow instructions from event staff and security.
• Any disruption to the show, interference with guests, models, designers, or performers, or failure to comply with event policies may result in immediate removal without warning.
• By accepting this credential, media representatives grant Crown Elements Productions permission to repost, share, and credit approved event coverage for promotional purposes.
• Submission of a Media Pass request does not guarantee approval. Crown Elements Productions reserves the right to approve or deny media credentials at its discretion.
